Dongguan Dongcheng Hongsheng
Printing Plant was established in December,
1994 at Xiaqiao Industry Zone, Dongcheng District, Dongguan
City. In early 2000, Dongguan Tangxia
Hongsheng Printing Plant was established at Xinxing
Industrial Zone, Tanpu, Tangxiashi, Dongguan City. Suzhou Hongsheng packaging printing Co.LTD was established in early 2004 at Longnan Industry Zone, nanhu Road Wuzhong economy development District,Suzhou City.The factory
has more than 10000 square meters of factory building, more
than 600 employees. A number of products have been certified
for UL/CSA and passed ISO9002 certification for TUV in August,
1999.
Hongsheng has been insisting
on the quality policy of "Best Quality, Operation with Constant
Performances", unceasingly upgrading services, equipment,
technology and management. At present, Hongsheng has more
than 30 computerized UV letterpress, roll-to-roll silk screen
and litho press, 6-color full rotogravure presses, 6-color UV multicolor presses etc. In
information management, the each printing job is fulfilled
end-to-end from order taking, prepress preparation, printing,
inspection, packaging, to delivery. All are managed in the
Computer database.
In
the Prepress department, we have fully computerized the development
of the artwork, color-separation and image output. Tooling
and printing plates are made in-house to ensure quality and
reduce cost. In addition, we receive manuscripts and orders
from the customers and delivers the products by E-mail so
as to improve the service efficiency. Our services feature
stable high quality, punctual delivery, complete QA system.
We have a full suite of testing equipment, such as colorimeter,
consistent temperature and humidity chamber, thermal transfer
printer and bar-code scanner.In the production,we have producted at without dust workshop ,Our cust omers will benefit from the products and services we provide .
